The Secretary of Tourism of Mexico City, Alejandro Rojas Díaz Durán, said that from next November 7th, ten balloons will fly around Mexico City to promote the tourism.
In each important sites of the city, we will find the balloons to enjoy it and get fun.
Alejandro Rojas Díaz Durán said:
"Obviously, for Mexico City is a luxury, is a show and we hope that the city, citizen and tourists coming from other cities, near or far know, or international tourism know that in Mexico City there are important events like this”
The first balloon will be placed on 7 November in the Plaza Hidalgo, in the “Delegación Coyoacan”. Also, there will be presentations in Chapultepec, Bellas Artes Palace and in the
“Angel de la Independencia”.
The main meeting will be on Saturday 21st at the Zocalo of the city.
I believe that in this time of crisis, it’s important to support the national tourism and events like this will attract more tourism and therefore much money for the city.
